Return Policy
At Zia Sleep, your satisfaction is important to us. While we hope that each Zia Sleep purchase meets the needs and expectations of our customer, there are occasions when a return is necessary. Most products may be returned, at Zia Sleep's discretion, within thirty (30) days of shipment. Except some personal items- see below.
To return any item
1. Contact ZiaSleep.com customer service for a return authorization number.

2. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping carton
3. Include a copy of the sales receipt in the original shipping carton along with manuals, blank
warranty cards and other documentation provided by the manufacturer.
4. Ship the item back to ZiaSleep.com via insured mail, UPS or Fedex

We will gladly refund the cost of the item. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, please send it to us as requested above and we will pay the freight charges back to you on the exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Personal Items – Non-returnable
The following personal items may not be returned for credit:
- Pillows
- Mattress Pads and Toppers
- Comforters
- Sleepwear/Loungewear
Due to manufacturer restrictions, the following products may be returned only if defective:
- Opened Packages of Bed Linens
- Opened CD’s and DVD’s
Defective Product Replacements
If you wish to request a replacement product we will process a replacement order when we issue your return authorization number. Your credit card will be charged a second time when we send out the replacement, and your refund for the defective product will be issued within approximately 2 weeks after receipt of the returned item(s).
Packing and Shipping Returns
Your return should include the original box with packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- Mail the above items with a copy of your receipt to the return address on your original package.
- Please print the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
- All returns should be received within 14 days of the date the RA number was issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise returned without an RA number, or your shipment will be refused and returned.

Refunds
Your merchandise refund will be issued within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your returned product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
